2 And now, it would suffice that I should record the rest of these things in the English language as the Spirit constraineth me to record in the language of Samoa.
3 And it came to pass that on the seventh day of the fourth month of the year two thousand twenty-six, Sisters Eves, Samuelu, and I, Wihongi, attended the setting apart of a new missionary of Sagone Ward.
4 And so I was brought to the remembrance of my preparations to serve the Lord in whatsoever land He should call me through His prophet and the events that took place before in strengthening my faith in Jesus Christ through the power of the Spirit.
5 And by the Spirit, I received revelation that I must hold to the iron rod and press forward—as the prophet Lehi and his son Nephi testified— with a strong foundation on the Light and Life of the world, Jesus Christ; insomuch that I may be able to endure to the end.
7 As you can see, this email was supposed to be finished and sent ages ago, but I will just go and do and add on because I can. It is currently the eighteenth day of the fifth month of two thousand and twenty six as I am writing this record from this point on.
8 And so, it was the end of an era of being in a trio with Sister Samuelu and Sister Eves covering the area of Sagone along with Foailuga and also the end of that transfer. The spiritual feed from the words of our prophet, apostles, and leaders in General Conference were much needed and appreciated during that time and continues to be a guiding light to this day as they testified of our Savior Jesus Christ and the importance of loving one another.
9 In the first three weeks of this transfer, it was Sister Eves and I once again, inviting others to hearken unto the teachings of Jesus Christ in the area of Foailuga. A few of these our brethren were Rita and Viliamu.
10 Rita wanted to be baptized, but we were saddened to hear that she was to be moving back to her original home. So we entrusted her in the hands of the Lord and referred her to the missionaries where she resides.
11 And our friend Viliamu expressed his interest in joining our church after our first official meet with him. So we shared with him the message of the Restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and invited him to attend church to partake of the Sacrament, or, in other words, relinquish in the love of Jesus Christ.
12 And it was brought to pass the time fellow missionaries of the island of Savaii were gathered together to be spiritually uplifted and nourished in the Lord at zone conference; when I was given the privilege of playing the piano for the opening and closing hymns, in which the adversary tried to wrestle with my fingers, hindering my full potential. Nevertheless, it never did hinder the presence of the Spirit which did touch the hearts of many who were present.
13 The time had also come to bear my testimony of my Savior Jesus Christ along side my brothers and sisters in Christ—Sisters Hunt, Samuelu, Cline-Jones, and Elder Jones—to the missionaries of Savaii.
14 Afterwards, I was able to serve with my STL, Sister Wilson, for a day in Asau. We fed pigs our leftovers and had a district service in cleaning up the yard of a nice lady. Sister Wilson is such a pure and hardworking soul.
15 And then, the next day after the exchange, Sister Eves and I were emergency transferred to a different area on a different island. The Lord watched over us through everything.
16 So now, we are now serving in Upolu in the area of Lemoli in the village Sapulu, Faleasiu; accompanied in a trio with our new companion, Sister Sisar from Utah. The Lord knew we needed to be together at this time.
17 Through all the raucous, the Lord lent us the blessing of attending the temple with our last zone from Savaii. So we were reunited to be physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually recharged. Much peace was felt in the House of the Lord.
18 A few tender mercies: Elder Toomata, from my intake and my district leader in the MTC, is my last zone leader—At Lemoli 2nd ward's Mother's day dance, I recognized a lady that I helped teach a little and attended her baptism last year in June in Leone, Tutuila. She said she quit smoking and drinking and is a Primary President now. Also, thank you mum for your faithful example that inspires me to continue to be a faithful disciple of Christ after the mission—Last but not least, I recognized a little boy in Lemoli 2nd ward and found out that he lived in Sili, Savaii, my first area. He remembered me too. In the work of the Lord, you are spoiled to the max.
19 Just this past Saturday, we were able to witness our little friends Tuua and Kitione make their first covenants with God through baptism and receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost. That was Sister Eves first baptism. The Lord is in the details. Praise God Almighty! Amen.
